Highland Hose Co. No. 1, Inc is a volunteer fire agency, located in the upstate New York Ulster County hamlet of Highland. The company consists of 65 Members who staff two stations with seven pieces of apparatus. Current inventorty consists of four Engines,one Tanker, one Heavy Rescue and one Utility Vehicle. There are four Command Vehicles operated by the Chief Officers.

Through professionalism, dedication, integrity and training the Highland Fire Department works to safeguard the lives and property of our community. We strive to protect and preserve the health of our membership and return our personnel safely to their families.
